Wiers Farm does not charge recruitment fees or other employment related fees.  We also prohibit any employee from charging recruitment fees or employment related fees to other employees or prospective employees. 

Wiers Farm provides migrant workers with employment contracts in their local language prior to employment or traveling to Wiers Farm for arranged employment.

Through our responsible recruitment efforts, we aim to not only meet our labor needs but also to support the well-being of migrant workers in the community.

Wiers Farm is partnered with Starting Point Ministries to provide an independent Spanish/English resource for workers. Wiers Farm employees can anonymously convey grievances, concerns, and questions to Wiers Farm ownership though Starting Point Ministries. Starting Point Ministries is headquartered in Willard, Ohio.
